The Los Angeles Angels have cut Albert Pujols (POO-hols). The superstar slugger was in the last year of a 10-year, 240-million-dollar contract. But the future Hall of Famer had been hitting just .198 this season. Pujols joined the Angels after more than a decade with the St. Louis Cardinals. He’s a three-time National League M-V-P and he won two World Series with the Cardinals. He hit 667 homers and is fifth on M-L-B’s career list.
