Carol V. (Cook) Jacobs, 88, of Vincennes, passed away on Friday, May 7th, 2021 at Good Samaritan Hospital.
She was born September 22, 1932 in Vincennes, Indiana to Edward and Amy (Shaner) Cook.
A graduate of Fritchton High School in 1950, she worked for K-mart Corporation for over 40 years. She attended First Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking, traveling, fishing, mushroom hunting, and spending time with her family, friends, and especially her grandson.
Carol is survived by one daughter, Kimberly Jacobs and her companion, Joseph Donovan and a grandson Jordan Donovan.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Lowell and Marvin Cook; along with three sisters, Lela Huff, Fern Copp, and Anna Rivera.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Mike Flynn officiating. Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Carol Jacobs.
