Indiana State Police arrested a Pike County woman over the weekend.
Sunday afternoon, Indiana State Police arrested a 52-yr-old Winslow woman for Operating While Intoxicated.
Police say the driver called 911 after running out of gas and then claimed she was stranded in flood water on CR 500 W.
When police arrived they discovered she was not in flooded water.
The driver displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests.
She was arrested after refusing to submit to a chemical test.
Police also say, while being transported to the Pike County Jail, she attempted to hide marijuana under the passenger seat.
