A man from Evansville was arrested for driving drunk early Monday morning.
WFIE reports that 34-year-old Kevin Molinet had a blood alcohol content that was .225 on a certified chemical breath test.
The legal limit is .08.
The Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Office says Molinet nearly hit two Evansville Police Department patrol cars while they were chasing him.
He was eventually caught and arrested.
