Two were arrested on drug charges in Gibson County this past weekend.
On Sunday, around 5:45pm, a deputy with the Gibson County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on a car for speeding on County Road 400 South near County Road 350 West.
Upon approaching the vehicle, the deputy detected the odor of burnt Marijuana and began a roadside investigation.
The deputy placed 26-year-old Natalie Cozart and 57-year-old Pamela Milligan both of Owensville into custody and transported them to the Gibson County Jail.
Upon arriving at the Jail Cozart was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia.
Milligan was charged with Possession of Marijuana. Both individuals have posted bond.
