The woman found unresponsive after a roller coaster ride at Holiday World has died.
In a statement on Facebook, park officials said a female guest returned to the station of “The Voyage” roller coaster unresponsive Friday night.
Holiday World EMTs administered first aid within minutes and the woman was transported to Memorial Hospital in Jasper.
According to WISH-TV, the woman — identified Saturday as 47-year-old Dawn Jankovic, of Brunswick, Ohio —died at the hospital Friday night.
An autopsy was completed, and the results are pending.
Park Officials say the ride remained closed Friday evening and was inspected.
They say the ride operated as it was intended to.
