New Daviess County truss factory celebrates ribbon cutting

Murphy Truss, LLC, has opened the doors to their new 9,600 square foot factory.
Owners Dean and Shirley Wagler celebrated yesterday with a ribbon cutting, open house, lunch, and prayer of dedication.
After being in the construction business since 2002 as Wagler’s Concrete and Construction, Murphy Truss LLC, was built out of a desire to expand the business.
The business is named after Dean’s father, Lester K. “Murphy” Wagler, who passed away in April.
Lester Wagler had managed one of Daviess County’s first Amish construction crews.
The new manufacturer in rural Daviess County specializes in custom-made and custom-sized trusses and is located at 1516 E 150S in Washington.
