Pike County businesses can still apply for grant money.
The Pike County Economic Development Corporation says applications for the Small Business Grants are now available at the Elmer Buchta Technology Center.
The Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) recently announced that Pike County was awarded $250,000 from Phase 3 of the COVID-19 Response Program.
This relief funding is being used to offer individual grants to a minimum of 25 small businesses within Pike County.
Businesses can receive up to $10,000.
The assistance is to alleviate some of the hardships caused by COVID-19 pandemic.
Businesses awarded this taxable grant will not be required to pay it back.
Applications are available at the Elmer Buchta Technology Center and are due back by July 1st, 2021.
