The Martin County Sheriff’s Office is requesting your assistance in locating the American Flag that was stolen off of the Shoals Volunteer Fire Department’s ladder truck.
The American Flag was stolen early in the morning on the 4th of July in front of the Shoals Fire Department.
The American Flag is approximately 20 feet by 30 feet.
They also say there are two individuals who are in question. Both individuals are males, approximately 20-30 years old.
One male was wearing a fluorescent yellow shirt, blue jeans, approximately 175 pounds, and approximately 6’0″ tall.
The other male was wearing a dark color shirt, blue jeans, approximately 250 pounds, and 5’10”.
Also in the security footage, there was a newer model dark blue or black passenger car.
Officials ask that you call the Martin County Sheriff’s Office at 812-247-3726 if you have any information.
They say Individuals with information may remain anonymous.
