A new Assistant Chief has been sworn into the Vincennes Police Department.
On Monday the Vincennes at City Hall, Mark Hensley was sworn in by Mayor Joe Yochum as the new Assistant Chief of the Vincennes Police Department.
Hensley was hired in May of 2003 and has primarily served as a Patrol Officer with a small stint as a K9 Officer as well.
The department says they are excited to serve under Assistant Chief Hensley and Chief Hillenbrand.
