Police locate over 100 grams of meth during arrest

The Washington Police Department removed over 100 grams of meth from the streets yesterday afternoon.
On Thursday, around 1:30 pm, Officers with the Washington Police Department, DEA Task Force, and the Daviess County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant at a residence on Vincennes Ave.
Officers located about 117.2 grams of crystal methamphetamine, items used for dealing meth, paraphernalia, and marijuana.
51-year-old Percy J. Lyford IV of Washington was arrested on charges of Dealing Methamphetamine and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
