A California man was arrested in Pike County Tuesday afternoon for having nearly 13 pounds of marijuana.
Indiana State Police say Arthur Ward of Bakersfield, CA was speeding on I-69 in Pike County, so a trooper pulled him over.
When he approached the driver’s door, the trooper said he could smell weed.
Police searched the 2020 Nissan Altima and found the pot in the back seat and the trunk.
Ward is charged with dealing and possessing more than ten pounds of marijuana, both level 6 felonies.
