The Washington Police Department is giving high praise to First Responders for saving another life.
On Thursday, First Responders were dispatched to a residence regarding a subject possibly overdosing.
Washington Police say if it had not been for fast action taken by WPD Officer MacDonald, WPD Officer Healy, members of the Washington Fire Department, and members of Daviess Community Hospital EMS, the subject would be deceased.
The department also credited WPD Captain Dietsch, WPD Sergeant Waggoner, WPD Patrolman Doane, members of the Washington Fire Department, and members of the Daviess Community Hospital EMS, for saving the life of another individual on Tuesday.
Washington Police encourage the public to report any suspected illegal drug activity taking place in the community.
