A Haubstadt woman was arrested on several charges Sunday.
At 11:00 pm on July 25th, Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 call regarding a disturbance at the Baymont Inn in Haubstadt.
Police say upon arriving, they encountered 27-year-old Emma Minton-Pohl of Haubstadt, who was acting erratic by yelling at other guests at the business.
A deputy attempted to speak with Pohl, but she continued to be loud and non-compliant.
After being asked to leave the property, police say she went to a neighboring business and continued to behave loud and erratic.
Pohl was then taken into custody and transported to the Gibson County Jail where she was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Intimidation of a Police Officer, and Criminal Mischief.
She remains in custody on a $1,250 bond.
