Taking care of last minute business before the opening of school, the Washington Community School held a short special meeting on Friday.
The Board approved contracts for Amy Cline, Carey Bouchie, and Amy Cummins as elementary teachers.
Madison Lee was named head girls soccer coach.
The Board also approved recommendations for filling several non-certificated and ECA positions, along with compensation for the system’s bus drivers for the coming year.
Washington students will report for their first day of school on Thursday.
