A driver has been arrested for driving drunk, with an infant in the car.
On Friday night, police in Sullivan noticed a silver Jeep with a taillight out.
They were able to stop the Jeep, and identified the driver as 22-year-old Bengerman Nasser, of Sullivan.
While speaking with Nasser, police thought he may be under the influence of alcohol.
Inside the car, police also found a two-month-old baby.
Nasser failed several sobriety tests, and was taken to the Sullivan County Jail.
He is charged with neglect, and several OWIs.
Two passengers were released at the scene after being cited for possession of marijuana.
