An Evansville man was arrested on Saturday during a traffic stop.
Gibson County Sheriff’s Deputies stopped the driver of a Black BMW for making an unsafe lane movement US 41 near Fort Branch.
The driver was identified as 51-year-old Brian Martin of Evansville.
While speaking with Martin, the deputy detected the odor of alcohol coming from the driver.
Martin failed sobriety tests and was transported to the Gibson County Jail where he was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Endangerment.
He remains in custody on $650 bond.
