A Washington woman was arrested early this morning in Knox County.
Vincennes Police booked 28-year-old Tosha McNeely into the Knox County Jail around 2:00 am.
McNeely is charged with Possession of Meth, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Syringe.
She’s is also charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance.
She remains in the jail on a $10,000 bond.
