A Vincennes man was arrested in Gibson County over the weekend.
Around 10:30 pm Saturday night, the Gibson County Sheriff’s Office stopped the driver of a White Dodge Pickup for making an unsafe lane movement on US 41.
Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer says he detected a strong smell of alcohol coming from the driver.
The driver was then identified as 56-year-old Thomas Hess of Vincennes.
Hess was later taken into custody and booked into the Gibson County Jail.
He was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and has since posted a $450 bond.
