Vincennes police are requesting the public’s help in locating a local theft suspect.
Over the past couple weeks there have been a several vehicle thefts in Northern Knox County.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office has identified one of the suspects as Michael Shelton.
The Sheriff’s Office has received information that Shelton could be armed, and they advise residents not to approach him.
Knox County residents are also advised to remove valuables and keys from your vehicles at night, and make sure all doors and windows are secured.
