A Loogootee man was indicted by a federal grand jury in Evansville yesterday. 74 year old Timothy Guy of Loogootee is charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Possession of Stolen U.S. Government Property, and Possession of Child Pornography. According to court documents, Guy retired from Crane in 2004 after working for 38 years on the base. Indiana State Police and the Martin County Sheriff’s Department were investigating Guy for possessing child pornography when they discovered over 10,000 rounds of various ammunition, several firearms, and a large amount of child pornogaphy in Guy’s cellar.
In April of this year, Guy was previously convicted in Martin County Court for Possession of Child Pornography. Guy is also being held on charges of probation violation and possession of child pornography
