A Pike County man has been sentenced to over five decades in prison.
Edward Fox had been convicted of murder and burglary by a jury a few weeks ago.
He was arrested in October of 2020, two months after he called 911 for someone to check on his wife.
Police arrived at Sharon Fox’s home to find her dead at the bottom of some stairs.
Investigators learned that the two were going through a divorce and that Edward Fox pushed her down the stairs.
Edward Fox was sentenced to 55-years in prison on Tuesday.
