A Haubstadt man was arrested Monday for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.
Indiana State Police began a criminal investigation after receiving information that a male under the age of 14 had been allegedly fondled by 42-year-old Phillip Brundage of Haubstadt.
State Police learned the incident allegedly happened back in the summer of 2018.
The Gibson County Prosecutors Office then issued an arrest warrant for Brundage for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, a Level 5 Felony.
Brundage was arrested yesterday after he turned himself in at the Gibson County Jail.
He was later released after posting bond.
