A Jasper man has been arrested for Child Molesting.
In October of 2020, Indiana State Police started an investigation into accusations of improper sexual contact between an adult male and a female under the age of 14.
After a nearly yearlong investigation, probable cause was developed that 20-year-old Mauricio Bolanos had sexual relations in early 2020 with a female under the age of 14.
He was over the age of 18 at the time of the interactions.
Last Friday, a warrant was issued from the Dubois Circuit Court, charging him with Child Molesting and Sexual Misconduct with a Minor.
He was arrested and booked into the Dubois County Jail without incident.
