If you’re behind on rent or have a dispute with your landlord or tenant, you might have a way to solve it without an eviction.
A nine-member task force has been formed by the Indiana State Supreme Court to get input on how to resolve those issues and deal with rental assistance resources.
It’s called the Indiana Eviction Task Force.
It complements the Landlord and Tenant Settlement Conference Program, already set up by the court.
