The IU Health COVID vaccine mandate has led to several people quitting their jobs.
The organization said Thursday that 125 workers had quit, rather than get the coronavirus vaccine.
They had been part of a group of 300 workers who were suspended after they declined to be vaccinated.
When the two-week suspensions were up, they handed in their resignations.
