Around 4:30 a.m. Thursday morning, Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a personal injury accident on SR 57 N. The activity report says the driver suffered minor scrapes and bruises. The female driver was taken to the Daviess Community Hospital for testing. After the results of the test the driver was booked into the Daviess County Security Center.
The Security Center reports that 23 year old Lacy Stewart of Sandborn was booked on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Controlled Substance, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Endangerment. Her bond was set at $2,000.
Also on Thursday, 49 year old Michael Henderson of Manchester, Kentucky was arrested with a warrant containing a charge of False Informing. He was booked into the Security Center. His bond was set at $2,000.
