Gov. Eric Holcomb is directing all flags around Indiana to be flown at half-staff, to honor General Colin Powell.
Powell died earlier this week from a breakthrough COVID case.
The governor says flags should be lowered immediately, and stay at half-staff until sunset on Friday.
