21-year-old Luke Conolty of Washington was arrested early this morning by the Washington Police Department. He is charged with Dealing in Marijuana, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Refusal. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. No bond was set.
The current Jail Population remains at 116.
