Washington High School’s College & Career Academy will be hosting their Pathway Cards Day today.
The event will be held at Washington High School from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.
The Career Pathways Program allows students to better prepare for life after high school with real life simulations and problem solving.
Today’s event will showcase what the students are currently doing in these classes.
Washington High School Principal Steve Peterson says they would like to get younger students thinking about the Pathway’s Program…
Peterson also noted that these programs will better prepare students for college in addition to employment after high school.
He says that many of these classes have been working with local businesses…
All are invited to attend this event.
