The Daviess County Health Department is reporting 81 news cases of COVID-19 since last Friday, October 15th.
4,677 cases have now been confirmed in the county to date.
Of the latest batch of cases, 60 individuals were unvaccinated with 9 of those being children under the age of 12.
The other 21 individuals were fully vaccinated.
Two additional deaths were also reported bringing that total to 14.
Daviess County is currently showing a 7-day positivity rate of 11.3% on the state’s COVID map.
Daviess, Knox, Dubois, Pike, and Gibson Counties remain in Orange Status.
Greene County and Martin County have returned to Yellow Status.
