A special launch event is set for Saturday at 3 p.m. at Washington’s Eastside Park for Behind the Wire Ministries. Behind the Wire Ministries is founded by Scott Highberger and his wife Danielle. Scott tells us a little about the mission of the ministry.
Highberger went on to say he has written a book about his life story. The book has been made into an upcoming movie starring Michael W. Smith and Joey Lawrence.
