A Jasper man has been arrested for Child Molesting.
Indiana State Police arrested 34-year-old Daniel Emmons of Jasper last Thursday following a criminal investigation.
The investigation began the day prior after police received information from the Indiana Department of Child Services that Emmons had allegedly committed sexual acts with a juvenile female.
Probable cause was then developed to arrest Emmons.
He was transported to the Orange County Jail and charged with three counts of child molesting, sexual misconduct with a minor, and child solicitation.
Additional charges are expected to be filed in Dubois County relating to the case.
