A Dubois County man was jailed last weekend after a fight at a Halloween party.
Court documents show officers were dispatched to a Birdseye residence regarding a fight on October 31st.
The male, later identified as Trenton Harlan of Birdseye, was seated in a car, and was attempting to leave the scene.  Officers said the man was slurring his speech and had an odor of alcohol.
Several people attending the party told police they saw Harlan flip a table and attack a man. Two of the partygoers said Harlan jumped into his car and drove towards people threatening to run over them.
A breath test revealed Harlan had a BAC of .172% which is more than double the legal limit. He was arrested jailed over the weekend.
At his initial hearing, held on Monday, Harlan was ordered released. A pre-trial conference has been set in the case for November 30th.
Harlan is charged with Battery with Moderate Bodily Injury, Intimidation, Battery with Bodily Injury, Public Intoxication, and Disorderly Conduct.
