Thomas Harold Smith Jr., 56, of Velpen, passed away November 14, 2021 in Evansville, IN. He was born February 17, 1965 in Indianapolis, IN to Thomas and Patricia (Tremble) Smith. He and his wife, Judy (Volz) Smith were married in 1983.
Tom is survived by his wife, Judy Smith of Velpen; daughters, Erica (Logan) Padgett and Staci (Adam) Gentry; grandchildren, Jackson Padgett, Scarlett Gentry, Eleanor Padgett, and Aubrey Gentry; brother, Brad Smith; and sisters, Carla Mehringer and Amy Peyton.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Services for Tom will take place at 3 PM EST on Friday, November 19, at the Petersburg Free Methodist Church with visitation from 12 PM until service time at the church. Pastor Gary Pancake will be officiating. Harris Funeral Home is entrusted with care.
