According to the Health Department, 85 New cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in Daviess County since last week.
Of those cases, 69 individuals were unvaccinated with 7 of those being children age 4 and younger.
The other 16 individuals were fully vaccinated.
No additional deaths have been reported so that number remains at 116.
Daviess County is currently in Yellow Status and is showing a 7-day positivity rate of 6.6% on the state’s COVID map.
Pike County is also in Yellow Status and Knox County has moved back into the Blue – the lowest risk category for COVID spread.
Meanwhile, Greene, Martin, Dubois, and Gibson Counties are still in Orange Status.
