Indiana State Police say a Wabash County Sheriff’s deputy shot a 51-year-old man while police were serving a narcotics search warrant.
The officer claimed to see the man holding a handgun while they were making their way into the home.
State Police say that gun was a realistic replica airsoft handgun.
The man was taken to the hospital, where his condition is still unknown. No names other details have been released.
