A Vincennes man has been sentenced to three years of probation for his involvement in the January 6th Capitol riot.
Jonathan Sanders was arrested in May, but after he pled guilty this month to one count of parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building, a judge spared him prison time.
Three other charges were dropped.
Sanders was caught after the FBI got a tip that he was in a bakery, bragging about being close to a protester who was shot and killed that day.
