An Indiana Correctional Officer has been arrested on Sexual Assault charges.
Sullivan County Sheriff’s officials say they were alerted by Montana authorities of a wanted individual, possibly living in northeastern Sullivan County.
A deputy with the department along with the Hymera Town Marshal arrested 58-year-old Robert Lee Morrissey Jr. of Hymera, Wednesday evening.
Morrissey is currently employed by the Indiana Department of Correction.
The Laurel Police Department in Yellowstone County, Montana is the lead investigating agency.
Morrissey is charged with three felony Sexual Assault charges.
He was booked into the Sullivan County Jail on a $200,000 bond and will be extradited to Montana within the next few days.
