A Houston, Texas man was arrested in Jasper over the weekend.
On Sunday just before 5:00 pm, the Jasper Police Department responded to a single vehicle accident near the intersection of Westwood Blvd and Village Court.
Officers say when they arrived on scene, two male subjects were located in the vehicle which was still running.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 23-year-old Jose Martinez Jimenez of Houston, Texas.
After showing signs of impairment, he was transported to the Jasper Police Department and later found to have a BAC of .11 %.
Martinez was then taken to the Dubois County Security Center where he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and Operating While Intoxicated with Endangerment.
