During yesterday’s GSH Board of Governors meeting, the Stryker equipment lease for Perioperative Services was approved for renewal.
For the past 12 years, Good Samaritan has been in an agreement with Stryker to provide surgeons the latest and most advanced video-assisted and power equipment.
The board approved to continue the lease with Stryker for 44 months with the monthly payment of $25,000.
An upgrade in the lease will include the latest video technology, the latest orthopedic power technology, and upgrading the power equipment for podiatry.
The board also approved roofing improvements as a part of the 2022 capital budget to replace or coat several sections of roof at the hospital and outpatient offices.
