Hoosier Uplands Head Start is now accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year.
The locations are in Bedford, Loogootee, Mitchell, Paoli, and Salem.
To be eligible for Head Start, the child must be born between August 2, 2017, and August 1, 2019.
The comprehensive school readiness program offers nutritious meals, snacks, and various educational opportunities and assistance.
The family will also have to meet federal income guidelines.
Head Start officials say the number of enrollment vacancies is limited so please call the center in your area to get your child enrolled.
