A Sullivan County man was arrested on Thursday for driving drunk, with three kids in his car.
Thursday afternoon, a state police sergeant found 30-year-old Donald Barron and three kids walking along County Road 900 North.
When asked why, Barron explained his car was stuck.
The sergeant then placed the kids, ages six to eleven, in the backseat of his car for warmth but noticed Barron might be drunk.
Sure enough, he had a BAC of .15%, nearly twice the legal limit.
He’s now in the Sullivan County Jail facing two OWIs.
