The Barr Reeve vs Jasper game is also postponed.

The Indiana Pacers fell apart in the second half and lost to the Orlando Magic 119-118 at home. The Pacers had a 17-point lead midway through the third quarter before the Magic began to chip away. Fishers native Gary Harris led Orlando with 22 points, including 10 in the fourth quarter. The 2012 Indiana Mr. Basketball hit two free throws to clinch the game and made six 3-pointers for the Magic. Undrafted rookie Terry Taylor had a career-night for the Pacers with 24 points and 16 rebounds. Orlando is 12-41, while Indiana dropped to 19-34. The Pacers conclude a three-game homestand Friday night against the Chicago Bulls.
Purdue defeated Minnesota 88-73 Wednesday night in Minneapolis. Jaden Ivey led the Boilermakers with 21 points and 10 rebounds, and Purdue never trailed. The fourth-ranked Boilers have won four in a row and are 19-3. Eric Hunter Jr. scored a career-high 20 points. Sasha Stefanovic had 15 points and seven assists, and Zach Edey added 14 points and 12 rebounds. Purdue made its first eight field goals en route to its first win at Minnesota since 2018. Purdue is back at home Saturday against Michigan.
Butler’s late comeback attempt fell short, and the Bulldogs lost at Xavier 68-66 Wednesday night in Cincinnati. The Dawgs trailed by 15 in the second half and cut the deficit to four twice in the final minute before a last-second 3-pointer from Jayden Taylor. The 21st-ranked Musketeers took control early in the second half with an 8-0 run. Butler is now 0-9 against ranked opponents this season. Taylor and Chuck Harris each scored 18 points to lead the Bulldogs. The Bulldogs are 11-11 on the season, and are back home Saturday to face St. John’s.
Notre Dame beat Miami 68-64 Wednesday night on the road in an ACC showdown. With the victory, the Fighting Irish tied Miami for second place in the conference with an 8-3 mark. Paul Atkinson Jr. had a season-high 23 points and 11 rebounds. Prentiss Hubb had 15 points and seven assists, and Dane Goodwin poured in 14. The Fighting Irish had two separate 10-0 runs in the first ten minutes after halftime to build up a lead. Miami rallied late, but never got closer than four. The Fighting Irish have won five out of six, and are 15-7 overall. Notre Dame is at North Carolina State Saturday.
