Our Community Foundation is making progress after separating from the Community Foundation Alliance.
The separation stemmed from a desire to bring control of the foundation back to Daviess County. The separation was finalized last year, and the new organization has since been busying creating a new website, logo, finding office space, and much more.
Despite those hurtles, the organization is already acting in the community.

Smith says another one of the things the organization is currently working on is the disbursements of mini grants for local projects…
The organization is accepting applications until March 1, 2022.
