Nicole Carie Elected President of IPBS Board of Directors

Longtime local broadcaster, Nicole Carie, has been elected President of the Indiana Public Broadcasting’s Board of Directors.
She has previously served as the board’s Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer.
Nichole Carie is currently the General Manager of Vincennes PBS as well as the Director of Operations for Vincennes University’s Public TV and Radio stations.
She is graduate of the Vincennes University Broadcasting Program and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Radio & Television Production and a minor in Sociology.
IPBS Executive Director Mark Newman says Carie brings a wealth of public media knowledge and leadership experience.
She will now head a consortium of 17 public radio and TV stations.
