21-year-old Josue Linares-Rodriguez of Washington was arrested Thursday on a warrant for Criminal Confinement, Intimidation, Strangulation, Domestic Battery, and three counts of Criminal Mischief. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center on a $100,000 bond.
51-year-old Wesley Moore of Washington was arrested Thursday on a warrant for Invasion of Privacy. He was booked into the Daviess County Security Center. Bond was set at $50,000.
