The Daviess Community Hospital Washington Surgical Associates office is moving.
Starting next Monday, February 21, all patients of WSA will need to go to the new location at 1401 Memorial Avenue, Suite C in Washington.
It’s right next to Heartland OB/GYN.
Providers at this location include Dr. Jack Rostas and Dr. Michael A. Boyd, along with NP, Jill Sluder.
