A man faces drunk driving charges after droving into an Evansville home.
Officers responded to the accident on Jefferson Avenue, Sunday night.
There, police found a car lodged in someone’s front yard.
The driver, identified as 42-year-old Jason Pointer, was standing outside the car, wavering on his feet.
Pointer’s BAC was twice the legal limit.
He told officers he drank 10 double shot shooters of Fireball before driving.
He’s now in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
