Nevaeh Roze Carter, was born on February 25, 2022 and Heaven also gained an angel on this day as she was a rose that didn’t have the opportunity to bloom. This precious child was born to Shyanne Terry and Cody Carter of Bicknell In. She was survived by; her parents, a brother; James Carter; Grandmother Miranda King; Grandfather Roy Terry III; Great Grandparents Mike and Brenda Blessinger, Reta Carter, Roy and Georgia Terry Jr; and several aunts and uncles.
